Women's Paint Party - 2/25/2023

     Women's Tea Party, 8/3/2019

Waldorf, Maryland 20602

It was a gorgeous afternoon where ladies all came together at Middleton Hall from as far as Portsmouth, VA, and Germantown, MD adorned in their beautiful hats, and elegant apparel to the theme of ‘Unleash Your Strength’. This was a fellowship event with nearly 75 persons in attendance. Our Mistress of Ceremony, Pastor Tammy Burton, of New Convenant Greater Deliverance, energetically engaged the attendees and invoked the presence of God.

In the spirit of the Lord, we all held hands and were lead into prayer by Pastor Cynthia Mack-Wiliams of Spirit of Excellence Ministries. Afterwards, we were all graciously educated of proper Tea Time equiette by Sister Gladys Brimage. We properly consumed scrumptious sandwiches and the salads. They were not only appealing to the eyes, but were also succulent to the appetite.

Our program was packed with phenomenal speakers and glorious musical renditions by Sister Theresa Drake. Maryland State Delegate Debra Davis graced us with her presence and spoke eloquently to empower women to always bring ourselves whereever we go and be true to who you are. 1st Lady Sonja Brownlee of Life Changing Christian Center brought forth an exhilarating and very powerful message that had an impact on everyone in attendance. She helped us to realize that God has placed everything we need to get through any situation on the inside - it just needs to be unleashed.  Apostle Lynne Schultz of For Christ Ministries topped it off and called us to attention and reminded us that God will allow a person to go through difficulties to be reminded of who He is.

Many table and door prizes were given throughout the program containing fancy scarves and handheld foldable fans. The afternoon’s grand finale was the parade of exquisite, elegant hats of all sizes and colors! Everyone had a wonderful time.

Special thanks to the women and men of True Gospel Church Ministry, Chef Kendall, the staff of Middleton Hall, and to everyone who purchased a ticket, donated, came out and participated in any way with making this event a success. 💐
